The Marketing team tells the Brex story, determines messaging and positioning, and translates our products and features into tangible customer benefits. Our marketers — across Revenue Marketing, Product Marketing, and Brand Marketing — are responsible for acquiring new customers and have a deep understanding of the business. We’re a highly cross-functional team and partner most closely with the Product, Sales, Business Development, and Design teams to show our prospects and customers how we can help them reach their full potential.
The Senior Social Media Associate will collaborate on strategy and implementation of plans to engage and grow our community across owned social platforms. You will transform our community into Brex advocates and support customer love initiatives. You will report to the Social Media Manager and support in ideating and implementing social strategy based on audience needs and social-first content creation, while working with various stakeholders to deploy multiple campaigns.
The expected salary range for this role is $84,343.20 - $105,429. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
