Verition Fund Management LLC (“Verition”) is a multi-strategy, multi-manager hedge fund founded in 2008. Verition focuses on global investment strategies including Global Credit, Global Convertible, Volatility & Capital Structure Arbitrage, Event-Driven Investing, Equity Long/Short & Capital Markets Trading, and Global Quantitative Trading.
We are looking for an experienced UI Automation Testing Engineer to join our team which build UI’s for the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with tech team members, derive testing scope out of release changes
- Manage test/use-cases catalog, establish inter-dependency to prepare full scope for testing for a given release scope
- Work independently, manage bandwidth and prioritize on multiple tasks at hand
- Interact with global teams
Qualifications:
- 3+ yrs experience testing medium and above complexity financial applications.
- 1-3 yrs Experience writing test/use cases, establish inter-dependency and derive scope of testing based on changes outlined for a release
- 1-3 yrs RDBMS experience on MySQL, Oracle is plus
- Experience testing Excel VBA / automation is a plus
- Experience testing python based application is a plus
- Experience testing reporting / analytical applications/products like powerbi, r-shiny, tableau is plus
- Experience in building test automation using tools like Selenium, appium framework, QTP is necessary
Salary Range
$120,000—$160,000 USD
