Role Description: The Operations Specialist II will develop a high level of understanding of operational processes, procedures and applications. The Operations Specialist II will assist in developing procedures, application support, training Lead’s team members, as well as project implementation and support.
In this role you will:
- Be knowledgeable in all applicable banking applications
- Be responsible for providing assistance to staff with any questions, resolving issues and enhancing products
- Troubleshoot application errors and issues
- Provide timely support to staff and clients
- Provide training on applications and processes to staff members
- Assist with Interdepartmental Training
- Be responsible for timely and accurate monthly reporting and analytics
- Create and run reports using Business Analytics
- Assist the Assistant Operations Manager with application updates or enhancements. Create and update procedures for staff resource and training.
- Set up new users, resetting passwords and deleting access when necessary.
- Credit and Debit Card expert
- Expert in BPM and BPM Admin
- Assist Operations Manager with relevant BaaS relationships
- Responsible for leading and completing annual user reviews
- Bankwide compliance training admin
- Identify and provide suggestions for more efficient and effective processes within Department
- Perform account cleanup on users, products and codes when necessary.
- Participate in project implementation and support.
- Troubleshoot various types of technology equipment
- Department expert in assigned General Ledger reconciliation
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of banking experience
- Strong project management skills and management of development, maintenance and support teams
- Client first mentality
- Strong judgment, instincts and analytical skills
- Willingness to take on new challenges in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong organizational skills with experience in managing multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously
- Self starter, engaged, proactive and ready to roll up your sleeves
