EquipmentShare is Hiring a Safety Management Intern.
EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the Safety Team at our Home Office in Columbia, Missouri during the Spring and Summer of 2025.
Responsibilities
- Establish practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand capabilities for the department and organization.
- Partner with safety management to assist in communicating notices, training materials, and other departments where projects involve other departments.
- Sets and manages project expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members
- Compile and share safety data with all leadership levels, ensuring accuracy and timely communication for informed decision-making and compliance.

You will be expected to work hours between Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with the availability to attend minimal evening recruiting events.
What You’re Working With:
- Must be actively working towards a Bachelor’s degree at an accredited U.S. college/university
- Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA
- You are outgoing and have excellent communication skills
- You have high attention to detail
- You are highly organized, flexible, and able to multitask
- You have a strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude
- You are a self-starter and take initiative
