What is this role?

As a QA Lead for Cirkul you will provide hands-on quality measurements and leadership in a high-volume manufacturing setting.

What does an average day look like?

Driving Results: Perform document reviews of SOP’s, batching records, testing methods, and logbooks to ensure GMP activities are completed and documented.
Taking Ownership: Lead QA Technicians in daily activities and being a resource for the team. Following work orders, and quality control procedures.
Making Decisions: Approve and release laboratory data and reports.
Cultivating Relationships: Responsible for partnering with others, sharing knowledge, skills and information within the assigned team and across functional areas.
Instilling Trust: Report Food Safety and Quality issues, problems, deficiencies, errors, incidents, and/or opportunities to management and correct where possible.
Customer Focus: Participate in investigations into minor major root cause, corrective or preventive actions and impact to product safety, identity, strength, quality or purity.

What background should you have?

1-2 years of experience in performing quality control process checks, enters data & results accurately.
Maintains a clean, organized and safe work area.
Specific in-depth knowledge of complex packaging equipment.
Extremely detail oriented with the ability to enter data accurately.
Ability to follow directions, as well as, train and coach other team members.
Strong communication skills
Has the ability to do simple math
