The Role:
Assists Premium Operations Supervisor with day of show responsibilities to maintain the integrity of the Premium Sales program while driving exemplary guest service
Job Functions:
- Supports team in maintaining open lines of communication between Premium Operations and PSS team
- Aid all crew members as necessary and communicating effectively with others to enhance the overall guest experience while serving as a resource of information for all guests regarding their experience. Be knowledgeable of venue policies, event details, etc.
- Fields questions from Premium greeters, ushers, club team, etc.. to be sure all have the tools and resources to drive the premium hospitality experience (scanners, wristbands, etc.)
- Monitor all Premium Seating areas to ensure only properly ticketed/ credentialed guests are permitted
- Partner with fellow crew members before and after show to be sure that all premium seating/club areas are ready for the guest arrival and prepare for the following show. This includes but not limited to: removing all seating covers, collecting and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, recycling, etc.
- Ensure guests are safely enjoying the show.
- It is required of all Crew Members at the end of a show to participate in the “Post-Show Pick” responsibility. This involves a team effort to clear the venue of cans and plastics following each event. This “Post-Show Pick” effort ensures we are all aligned with our Zero Waste vision and a 70% diversion rate goal.
Qualifications:

- Flexibility to work long hours during the weekday & weekend (80% of shows during the season)
- Organization & scheduling experience
- Effectively communicate with leadership & problem solve in real time
- Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
- Ability to perform certain tasks such as lifting, standing or extreme temperatures.
