We’re embracing a hybrid work model that enables our teams to split their time between office and home. Hybrid for us means we expect our teams to come together in our state-of-the-art office on two core days, typically Tuesday and Wednesday, to work together in person, and teams can choose where they work for the remainder of the week. We all benefit from flexibility and get to use the best of both worlds to get our work done.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with all IT issues by supporting our internal end users on-site in Boston and remotely supporting end users in Virginia and the UK.
- Deliver white glove customer service while triaging IT tickets and resolving technical issues for employees and contractors.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to partner with stakeholders, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with our IT, Infrastructure, and InfoSec teams.
What You’ll Bring
- 1-2 years of experience in IT and eager to learn.
- Ability to be onsite in our Boston office 2 days per week
- Strong Mac and Windows skills: you know your way around the fringe features of each OS and know multiple ways of solving common issues.
- Experience supporting Mac, Windows, and Chrome enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and other SaaS administration.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to triage, and to re-prioritize on the fly when things come up.
- A collaborative, thoughtful, friendly approach to customer service: as an IT engineer, you’re eager to help an end user in need, however complex (or simple!) the problem might be.
- The willingness to pitch in, whether snaking cables through walls, fixing keyboards, or contributing to challenging technical projects.
- Last, but not least, a desire to learn different technologies and expand your skill set.
