We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DAS/Wireless Estimator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in our organization by accurately estimating costs, timelines, and resources required for Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and wireless projects. The DAS/Wireless Estimator will collaborate with various teams, including project management, engineering, and sales, to ensure the successful execution of wireless infrastructure projects.
Sore Duties & Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of project requirements and specifications.
- Analyze and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to identify DAS and wireless infrastructure needs.
- Develop accurate cost estimates for DAS and wireless projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead expenses.
- Utilize industry-standard estimating tools and methodologies to ensure precision in cost projections.
- Prepare detailed and competitive bids in response to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFQs (Request for Quotations).
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between project estimates and client expectations.
- Interface with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with vendors to optimize project costs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies related to DAS and wireless infrastructure.
- Provide technical input during the estimation process, addressing design considerations and potential challenges.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of estimates, contracts, and project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards throughout the documentation process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and construction teams, to facilitate effective project execution.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, project kick-off meetings, and other relevant discussions to align stakeholders.
- Travel: This position is expected to travel (5%) overnight and extended out-of-town travel. The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by E2 as needed.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field preferred.
- Industry specific certifications a plus
Experience:
- Proven experience as a DAS/Wireless Estimator in the telecommunications or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and wireless technologies.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The standard work environment for this position is an indoors business office and construction environment. Ability to use a computer and/or hand tools while sitting or standing for extended periods of time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk or hear, use hands, stoop, kneel, bend, rotate, push, pull, reach with hands and arms on intermittent to regular basis daily.
