Salary Range: 25 to 32 (Currency: USD) (Pay period: per-hour-wage)

Our associates are expert quality assurance professionals with broad experience and local knowledge who can represent our clients on-demand and on-site faster than our competitors.
This is full-time on-premises role with SQA Services supporting Boeing at Spirit AeroSystems in Wichita, KS. This is expected to be a 12-month contract with an option to renew. Our associates will be providing witness and verification inspection services for both in-process and end-of-line inspections of flight hardware.
Responsibilities
- Provide detailed in-process and end-of-line inspections on flight hardware.
- Document anomalies in accordance with prescribed procedures and processes.
- Communicate and help resolve quality related issues as they relate to the site.
- Process non-conforming products and assist engineering in root cause analysis and corrective action if asked.
- Routinely observe technical operations and offer guidance and/or serve as an additional technical resource.
- Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment.
Basic Requirements
- (*) Must be a US Citizen with multiple valid forms of identification (Driver License, Passport, Birth Certificate)
- Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 2+ years of inspection experience in an aerospace, military, or manufacturing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with aerospace standards.
- Experience using calibrated inspection tools.
- Experience with quality assurance principles, methods, and processes.
- Intermediate level skill with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Intermediate level skill with Windows operating systems.
Additional Requirements
- Must be willing to work all shifts, overtime, and/or weekends as needed.
- Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs. unassisted.
- Must be able to climb ladders, stoop, bend, crawl, and work in tight spaces.
