A Day in the Life
· Work with all members of the crew to install single ply roofing, standing seam metal roofs, and/or other waterproofing applications
· Install membrane, layers of insulation, pipe boots, and other roofing components
· Use various hand and power tools such as heat welders, nail gun, saws, metal shears, etc.
· Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, equipment
· Learn and follow our extensive safety policy at all times
· Set up fall restraint equipment and wear PPE
· Work at various jobsites in the surrounding area
· Assist in the shop or in other departments as needed
What We Are Seeking
· Previous experience installing commercial roofing systems: single ply and metal roofing
· Experience working in the construction trade or industry, familiar with power tools and equipment
· Must be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and stairs, and lift heavy material
· Very comfortable working from heights and outdoors year-round
· Has reliable transportation to travel from site to site
· Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
· Can pass a UA/drug test
