Monday - Thursday 9 hour shift 6AM - 4:30PM and every other Friday 6AM - 3:30PM
You will support computer/network systems/applications for a Research Development Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) network Tier 1 & 2 involving account management, connectivity troubleshooting and application support for an enterprise-level DOD network. Your work will involve responding to end-user inquiries via phone, a ticketing system, email, and chat. You will initially work remote and then on-site depending on pandemic safety guidelines.

REQUIRED
• DOD Secret Security Clearance - If you had a clearance within the past 24 months, we may be able to reactivate it.
• CompTIA Security + CE
• 1-2 years’ experience in an enterprise-level service desk environment OR 3 years of experience in a small/medium service desk environment.
• Windows 10 experience
