Salary Range: 110000 to 155000 (Currency: USD) (Pay period: per-year-salary)

Responsibilities
- Manage and QA/QC a range of topics, including:
- Multimodal traffic operations and microsimulation
- Project infrastructure capacity analysis
- Freeway and managed lanes operations
- Arterial and transit operations
- Pedestrian simulations
- Roundabout operations
- Traffic calming operations
- Caltrans project development
- Traffic signal timing
- Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), including field devices and communications systems
- Determining intersection and lane configurations
- Prepare and review traffic and project reports
- Use software such as Synchro/SimTraffic, Sidra, HCS, Vistro, Vissim, Visum, TransModeler and others effectively to make quick and accurate computations
- Depending on experience, manage projects, delegate and supervise work, develop strong client relationships, and contribute to marketing and winning new projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in transportation, civil engineering, data science, electrical engineering, urban planning, or a related field
- 4 to 8 years of related work experience in transportation planning and/or engineering
- Excellent technical writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Exemplary interpersonal skills with a strong ability to collaborate with clients
- Strong task and project management skills
- Aptitude for business development
- PE, PTOE, and/or TE certification is a plus
