As the Foundry Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Provide technical expertise, leadership, and creativity in major foundry projects, collaborating with internal/external support groups to enhance foundry productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead the New Capital Introduction Process and Governance, ensuring proper documentation and delivery of key technical deliverables, aligning NCI deliverables with project plans, and collaborating with product engineering groups.
- Offer expertise and leadership in Capital spend, governance, and performance management, including tracking capital spend performance, supporting project leads with capital process execution and tracking, and escalating identified gaps.
- Drive significant improvement opportunities in major systems and coordinate these improvements with the total plant operations.
- Develop a vision and lead communications with Product and foundry support groups to analyze product/process designs for feasibility and propose modifications for process/product enhancement.
- Demonstrate foresight and mature engineering judgment, providing guidance and mentoring to manufacturing engineers to develop high-quality products and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of Foundry Best Practices and Standards.
- Proficiency in Risk Management.
- Knowledge of Foundry Process Design and Development.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills.
- Capacity Planning & Management Knowledge.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
