We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Release Manager to join our IP team. In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for coordination, build, and release of our IP products to our end-customers. This role is at the epicenter of the IP team, which will call for a significant amount of cross-functional collaboration.
This role is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara, CA
Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely, consistent IP builds for the consumption of our customers
- Coordinate with various internal stakeholders on specific domain requirements for their respective product releases
- Understand and own the packaging of our products for the different industries our products service, including HPC, automotive, consumer electronics, and more.
- Support all of Tenstorrent’s IP products, including RISC-V CPU and AI/NPI IP and their respective collateral
- Own the build process for each product, which may include defining new processes, improvements to existing flows, and more
- Define a reproducible end-to-end process for IP releases
- Debug issues with the build flow and drive towards resolution with respective owners
- Comprehensive tracking of delivery of all IP using Jira
- Assist in defining product requirements, where needed
- Effectively communicate the status of IP releases to management
Experience & Qualifications:
- Demonstrable in depth knowledge of IP products, preferably in the CPU and/or AI IP domain
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple simultaneous release requests
- Ability to work cross functionally with Engineering, Program Management, Sales, and Product teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with Jira systems is preferred
- Working experience with RISC-V ISA CPU and/or AI IP technologies is preferred
- Working knowledge of the IP sales process is preferred
- Customer-facing experience is preferred
Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
