Salary Range: 26 to 31 (Currency: USD) (Pay period: per-hour-wage)
Overview: The Infrastructure Technician is responsible for executing needs for the facilities, IT, and clinic compliance departments. The IT helps oversee all building-related activities. You will assist in preserving the good condition and compliance of the clinics.

• Orders and coordinates the shipping of equipment including, but not limited to exam tables, audio set ups, x-rays, IT hardware, and office furniture.
• Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance, ensures OSHA, HIPPA, and ADA compliance among all clinics.
• Provides IT support to clinics or manages the process of outsourcing the help to external resources.
• Developing and establishing IT and facilities policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management.
• Manage and maintain work order/IT help desk system.
• Coordinates the set up and maintenance of clinic camera systems.
• Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and sub-contractors.

• Delegating cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members, system vendors or a team of security professionals
Requirements and Skills:
• Willing to travel 25% of the time.
• Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position.
• Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Good analytical/critical thinking
• BSc/BA in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Main the ability to satisfy all physical demands: significant lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling up to 100 pounds; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching and/or crawling; reaching above shoulder level; fine finger dexterity. Ability to withstand a variety of indoor and outdoor environmental conditions.
