You must have prior success selling and leading a team with highly competitive services to business leaders and owners focused on new and upcoming markets, such as but not limited to, Cannabis, Hemp and e-Commerce. You have successful experience coaching, motivating, and holding a team accountable to key KPIs and Sales Quotas. You believe in the value of operating within a CRM and have experience with the Microsoft suite of products.
You sell and coach to sell with differentiating value as the winning edge against the competition and know that while the price is a factor, it’s not the reason people buy. You are a team player, a self-starter, thrive in an office-based work environment located in the St. Louis area. You have proved your ability to integrate into company leadership without drama and quickly become a productive member of the leadership team.
