About the role
We’re a fast-growing painting company seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to be our first Customer Success hire! This person will be our customer’s primary point of contact, and will coordinate to ensure they’re delighted with their renovation experience. If you have a passion for improving the customer experience and have worked in home services, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Primary owner of customer communications including calls, texts, and emails
- Coordinate all project tasks to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Collaborate with our crews when we need to make changes to project scopes
- Request and gather customer reviews
- Address escalations with empathy and urgency
- Surprise and delight customers in every interaction
- Develop and document processes
- Help design the future of Customer Success at Craftwork
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:
- Demonstrated success in a Customer Success function at a services company
- Clear motivation to improve the customer experience, and thrives on customer engagement
- Impeccable attention to details while effectively multi-tasking
- Clear and thoughtful verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to prioritize, think critically, operate autonomously, and learn quickly
- A strong work ethic, is an enthusiastic team player, and understands that no job is too big or too small
