We are Arpari, a seed stage company based in New York, US.
At Arpari, we simplify the daily treasury operations of finance teams. Our platform empowers CFOs, controllers, and treasurers to access all banking and manage workflows from a single platform.
Each day, high performing teams use Arpari as their system of record to manage over $1.0bn of cash. By aggregating relevant information and workflows into a single dashboard, our customers are able to make better decisions faster.
Since launching, we have focused on real estate and financial services firms, and have signed up some very large customers. We are now expanding our target audience and accordingly our product suite.
We are a humble and hungry team and are backed by prominent investors. Our team brings together a wealth of experience from top-tier finance companies like Goldman Sachs.
In June 2024, we completed a $4.2mm seed round and are growing quickly.
About the role

- As an early employee, you’ll get to work directly with the CEO and early team to define and execute on tasks with high impact to Arpari and our growth.

The Role
- Our current lead list is larger than we can deal with, so we are seeking a hungry and experienced sales professional to help us continue our rapid growth.
- As an Sales Lead, you will run the sales playbook end to end. Initially, this will primarily involve prospecting for, and qualifying leads. Today, all sales are closed by the founding team. Over-time, you will have the opportunity to move leads through to close. You’ll employ a mix of high-volume outbound and more specific, account-based techniques. You will also, when required, work with our product and engineering team to identify and prioritize features that prospective customers need.
- You will have a unique opportunity to work across our business: interacting with many prospects every day, helping develop deep relationships with those customers as they become users while also having a front-row seat and input into how we build our product.
- Working out of our office in Manhattan, you’ll be comfortable traveling regularly across the US to conferences, industry events, and customer sites to ensure we are top of mind for decision makers in our customers.
- Part of the compensation for this role will be a commission and you will have the ability to earn significant upside if you exceed targets.
What we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have or bring the following:
- 3+ years selling to enterprises, SaaS and/ or financial services experience preferred
- Track record of high achievement and quota attainment
- Experience/ comfort across the sales funnel (prospect through to close)
- Based full-time in-person at our NYC office
- Bonus if you are an ex-founder or previous first/ early sales hire

Technology
Arpari is looking to hire a Software Engineer. As one of the early engineering hires on our team, you’ll have an outsized impact on our success and a unique opportunity for ownership. You'll be responsible for implementing key product features on our banking platform and building out new verticals. Given our broad surface area, you'll gain experience across the stack while learning how to design and execute projects. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, product-focused, and entrepreneurial. We only hire high-impact individuals.
What You'll Do: prototype, productionize and deploy features in our user-facing web applications; iterate on data-driven tools and services to aide business operations; and engage with sales, marketing and operations to identify and plan key products.
What You'll Need: (1) prior experience as a software engineer (internship is fine); (2) computer science or related degree; (3) strong skills in Python; (4) knowledge of Django and React; and (5) entrepreneurial spirit.
