Role
You will be a key lead direct sales professional presenting our comprehensive electric vehicle fleet solutions. You will be instrumental in the growth of Bluedot and help take us to the next level. This position is a full-cycle sales role in which you will manage your pipeline from lead generation through close and post-close management.
You will report to our VP of Partnerships.
What you’ll do
- Identify and pursue new fleet customer opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead-generation activities.
- Manage your pipeline and be able to speak to its progress by properly updating and tracking metrics
- Create and iterate new strategies to find potential customers in new verticals
- Onboard customers and manage relationships ensuring customer retention and growth with biweekly and monthly meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations
- Meet and exceed annual sales targets
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate more sales
- Collaborate with teams across product, engineering and support to provide customer feedback
- Assist in negotiation support on deals with the VP of Partnerships
Experience
- 4-7 years of experience in sales or business development within the fleet, electrification, or B2B SaaS
- You have experience selling a disruptive technology or have taken a new product to market
- You have excellent prospecting, time management, networking, relationship building skills and a proven track record of closing deals
- You can effectively manage multiple deals in various stages of the sales process
- Nice to have - you have industry experience within fleet electrification, transportation, or energy and can speak/sell to the challenges across the EV segment
- You are known for your creative problem-solving skills, can craft unique solutions and present complex material effectively
- You enjoy the thrill of prospecting and are a hunter, not a farmer
- Location: Remote (SF or Chicago preferred)
