About the role
Atlas is an all-in-one customer support platform, building a modern and expanded version of tools like Intercom and Zendesk. We’re a small, scrappy team that moves quickly. We’re looking for a Product Marketer who can help use create high quality content that will be used for our public facing content — anywhere from social media posts to blogs to ads to change logs.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage the creation of content for product changelogs, product launches, help center articles, and marketing site pages
- Create and manage the creation of event and sales support materials
- Coordinate with founders on content and schedule for social media posts
- Create customer case studies
- Coordinate customer testimonials and reviews
- KPIs: impressions, number of articles or posts per week, number of tickets diverted by help center articles, reviews per week, case studies per week
Need to have
- 3 years of experience working in a growth or marketing role at a fast paced startup
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong understanding of SaaS buyers and product development
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines and frequently changing circumstances
- High degree of independence and ownership
Nice to have
- Experience working at a customer support software startup
- Experience managing copywriters and marketing designers
