Our first Artisan, Ava, is a BDR who automates the entire outbound sales process and can be set up with a 10-minute conversation. Ava creates the user's ICP, prospects with her database of over 270M contacts, does lead research, crafts & sends highly bespoke email sequences, and books meetings into sales reps' calendars.
We recently launched Artisan Labs, our research lab where we're pioneering the foundational technologies required to create human-like digital workers.

Job Description:
Artisan is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead the strategy and execution of content across all company social media channels as well as the founders' personal social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating viral content and a deep understanding of various social media platforms, including YouTube, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy focused on virality and engagement.
- Create and manage content for all company social media channels and founders' personal social media accounts. Content will be multi-modal, including text, video, graphics & more.
- Plan, write, and produce high-quality, engaging, and viral content, ensuring every piece has a clear hook designed to capture attention.
- Utilize various tactics, such as shock and other hooks, to capture and retain audience attention, always aiming for maximum virality.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and tactics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating viral content creation.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, including YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shorts.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and the ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Comfortable being featured in video content.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
