About Artisan
At Artisan, we're on a mission to create the most advanced human-like digital workers, called Artisans, and the software operating system for startups across verticals. We're starting with sales through our Artisan Sales platform and Ava, The Sales Rep Artisan.
Our first Artisan, Ava, is a BDR who automates the entire outbound sales process and can be set up with a 10-minute conversation. Ava creates the user's ICP, prospects with her database of over 270M contacts, does lead research, crafts & sends highly bespoke email sequences, and books meetings into sales reps' calendars.
We recently launched Artisan Labs, our research lab where we're pioneering the foundational technologies required to create human-like digital workers.

About the role
At Artisan, we're creating AI Employees, called Artisans, and software which is beautiful, easy to use, and replaces the endless stack of point solutions. We're starting with outbound sales and our AI BDR, Ava. Our platform contains every tool needed for outbound sales - B2B data, AI email sequences, deliverability optimization tools and so much more.
We're growing very rapidly and are building our sales org from the ground up. We recently raised an $11M seed round from top investors, and are looking for superstar employees to join us on our rocketship growth as we relentlessly work towards building a multi-billion dollar company 🦄
Job Description
We’re seeking a hacky, ambitious and results-oriented Growth Marketer to join our team. Your role will span the entire marketing mix, testing as many potentially scalable channels as possible and taking a data-driven attitude to figure out what works. We have a highly ambitious growth plan and are targeting $5-10M ARR by the end of the year. You will play a pivotal role in getting us there.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize our entire growth funnel: brand > awareness > acquisition > trust > revenue expansion > virality.
- Managing our outbound demand generation efforts with Ava.
- Creating and executing an email marketing strategy that nurtures and engages our audience of over 10k leads.
- Help manage our full website and content strategy.
- Manage our events strategy.
- Set up and manage paid ads campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, X and Reddit.
- Manage our G2 profile.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hacky growth marketing results.
- Excellent written English - you need to be able to write content that hooks the reader.
- Willingness to work hard and do what needs to be done to achieve our goals!
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong proficiency in the full marketing mix.
- A figure-it-outer attitude. You can do anything.
- Comfortable filming long-form and short-form videos for YouTube and other social platforms.
- Comfortable running webinars.
