French Place, San Antonio, TX, 78212Mission: The mission of Catholic Charities is to provide for the needs of our communitythrough selfless service under the sign of love.Summary:Under the supervision of the RCA & RMA Programs Director and RCA Program Manager, the RCA Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring the RCA Program abides by ORR Federal Grant policy guidelines to ensure proper record and reporting of service deliveries and client population trends participating in Refugee Cash Assistance. The Data Analyst will use required program databases and assist in the maintenance of internal program data lists. Data Analyst will track client enrollments, financial assistance and distribution, case closures, participant demographics, and other information necessary for program reporting purposes.Position Responsibilities:Responsible for compiling and recording daily, weekly, and monthly service counts provided by RCA Team.Assist RCA leadership (Director, Program Manager) with completing CMA reports per data sets requested for monthly agency reports, quarterly ORR CMA reports and as requested by funding source or Dept. Leadership Team.Maintain, edit and buildout existing or create new spread sheets for the purpose of tracking, organizing, and defining needed data sets.Key in data entry and run reports utilizing ClientTrack database, CharityTracker database, and internal spreadsheets created by program.Assist with creating monthly payments report for RCA leadership utilizing ClientTrack database.Adhere to the guidelines of the grant and agency service standards.Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that support program evaluation and decision-making.Analyze data and provide a clear picture to leadership with charts and graphics to facilitate informed decision-making.Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve program performance and outcomes.Keep track of calendar deadlines established by ORR funder and department leadership.Other duties as assigned by Director or Program Manager.Competencies:FocusCustomer ServiceTechnologyResults OrientedCommunicationManaging ChangeResilienceDe-escalationIntegrityRequirementsMinimum Qualifications:Education – associate's degree and or credential equivalent preferred or work history with similar duties.Experience – Data entry, reporting, ability to create/edit spread sheets, familiar with Excel commands and formulas, Microsoft Suite products and work in an office setting.Background in nonprofit or social services is a plus but not necessary.Minimum Knowledge and Skills:Data entry, reporting, ability to create spread sheets, familiar with Excel, Microsoft Suite products.Basic math equations involving or related to addition, subtraction, fractions, percentages, comparison, financial.Ability to understand and follow State and Federal Grants and other contractual obligations.Ability to follow Program Manuals and Operational GuidelinesAbility to maintain and safeguard client files and abide client/agency confidentiality agreements.Attention to detail, organized, able to work both independently and with a team.Good written, verbal, and communication skills.Must have good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a culturally diverse setting.Must have a valid driver’s licenseMust have a clean driving recordMust have current vehicle insuranceTravel Requirements:Travel requirements for the position includes 10% local and 0% overnight.Disclaimer:This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, efforts or working conditions associated with the job.
