You’ll build end-to-end functionality such as AI Agents, RAG Search, etc. and be actively involved in building the company into an empire.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Development: Integrate and orchestrate LLMs and AI services to solve real-world business problems.

Agent & Prompt Engineering: Research, experiment, and implement agent-based architectures, advanced prompt strategies, and model usage best practices.

Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work with cross-functional teams to identify AI-driven solutions and optimize existing workflows.

Innovation & Research: Keep updated with emerging AI trends, libraries, and approaches to enhance our AI capabilities.

Performance & Reliability: Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and efficient for enterprise-grade deployment.
Required Qualifications

Technical Expertise: Proficient in Python and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) for inference and orchestration.

Hands-On Experience: Demonstrable success in developing AI-driven or NLP-based products in a production environment.

Problem-Solving: Strong ability to dissect complex problems and implement creative AI-driven solutions.
Communication Skills: Adept at conveying technical concepts and collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.
