As an International Testing Program Manager, you will closely collaborate with stakeholders across the International Testing, Quality Assurance (QA), and Internationalization (i18n) teams to ensure (English and non-English) products function in each market as intended, are linguistically accurate, and are relevant to the regions traditions.Program Manager, International Testing ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement scalable frameworks to ensure high-quality functional products, regardless of languagePromote International Testing best practices and standards internally - raise awareness with and educate the Meta product and engineering communityMaximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environmentPartner with Localization Program Managers, Quality Assurance Leads, and Product Managers to craft international testing strategies for priority products and technologiesPartner with the Product Quality Platform engineering team to influence platform roadmaps, features, and supported workflowsImprove scalability via automation and standardization to the highest degree possible while ensuring maximum value to Meta products and experiencesMinimum QualificationsExperience to process vast amounts of information, and have subject matter expertise in the field of software testing and analytics - ideally at a global scale.MS in Computer Science, Data Science or a related technical discipline, or 10+ years equivalent experience10+ years of software development, software quality programs and/or product/program management experienceExperience leading without authorityExperience scaling across large organizations establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zonesAnalytical and problem-solving experience with systems/large data sets and interpreting them to make business decisionsExperience working in fast-paced environment with deadlinesPreferred QualificationsExperience in corporate business management, finance, and complianceExperience with performance, benchmark, and accessibility testingExperience managing testing programs for large scale, global hardware or software launchesThorough understanding of product Quality Assurance processes and best practicesExperience using SQL or Python to process and analyze dataKnowledge of additional languages other than EnglishKnowledge of or experience in localization industry For those who live in or expect to work from California if hired for this position, please click here for additional information.
