Interns should have a career aspiration and passion for technology, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. Interns will actively participate in program contributing to meaningful projects and work closely each week with the Life Insurance Sales Operations Team.About the Roadways College Internship Program:Over the summer program, interns receive tools and resources for their growth and development that will help them prepare for the current and future workforce, including:Understanding how to align business strategy with key objectives and initiativesUsing behavioral and communication tools to enhance their personal imageDemonstrating flexibility, agility, and the ability to respond effectively to changeCultivating relationships to increase collaboration and build trustWhat You’ll Do Attend weekly operational and strategic insight sessions with senior leadersAttend learning and development sessions to further enhance your leadership skillsCreate and develop presentations using Microsoft Office Tools but not limited to PowerPoint Network with executives and senior leaders across different business unitsParticipate in team building and volunteer eventsParticipate in job shadowing/hands-on activities What You’ll Need Must be a rising or graduating Senior enrolled in a college/university with emphasis in business-related discipline or in a quantitatively rigorous major.Computer programming, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, mathematics classes or interestHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office Products – Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint.Proficiency in data analytics language (SQL, Python) is a plus.Proficiency in data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.Strong analytical skillsGood communication skills (verbal and written)Internship Eligibility:Must commit to the entirety of the program; June 9th through August 15thMust commit to working full time, 40 hours per weekMust be willing to commute to the office daily#internsThe starting pay is $27.00 per hourRemarkable benefits:• Health coverage for medical, dental, vision• 401(K) saving plan with company match AND Pension• Tuition assistance• PTO for community volunteer programs• Wellness program• Employee discounts (membership, insurance, travel, entertainment, services and more!)Auto Club Enterprises is the largest federation of AAA clubs in the nation.
