The Data Solutions team aims to shape the future of GBS-NA measurement at TikTok. As a new hire, you will drive consistency and ensure that the Global Business Solutions-North America as a whole is appropriately benchmarking our activities holistically across different products, commercials, and programs. Furthermore, you will work cross-functionally with Strategy, Programs, Commercials, Analytics, Data Science, and Sales Operations. This role requires leveraging modern measurement techniques to institute scalable and comprehensive measurement playbooks that solve and improve the business problems of the Global Business Solutions-North America organization. Responsibilities - Form strong relationships with internal teams, including Data Engineering, Product, Data Science, Analytics, and Commercial stakeholders to support the build, adoption, and impact of the Measurement Playbook - Develop and socialize the measurement vision, roadmap, and enablement/knowledge base for stakeholders - Work closely with data engineering and product teams to strategize and execute the development of data products - Execute analytical experiments methodically to help solve various problems and make a true impact across multiple domains and industries - Identify relevant data sources and sets to mine for client business needs, and collect large structured and unstructured datasets and variables - Communicate analytic solutions to stakeholders and implement improvements as needed for operational systems - Understand customer needs to develop a backlog and ensure measurement completeness - Meet business goals by developing value and creating feasible and sustainable products and solutions
