To date, ACPS Project consultants have collectively closed over $750 million in NMTC transactions in their careers.Location: St. Louis, MO; Austin, TX, Greenville, SC, or New Orleans, LAJob Summary:As an Impact Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) advisory services by contributing to the submission of highly competitive federal applications and supporting the marketing and closing of NMTC financing transactions. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of diverse business models and gain comprehensive knowledge of the NMTC program and impact-driven investing. You will gain hands-on experience implementing advanced Excel formulas and VBA coding, developing data-driven insights, supporting capital-raising for high-impact projects, and occasional financial modeling. You will engage directly with upper management, collaborate with a dynamic team of experienced professionals, and learn the intricacies of NMTC, traditional investment parameters, and Advantage-specific impact metrics. Beyond technical expertise, you’ll develop strategic thinking through brainstorming, problem-solving, and bringing ideas to fruition, all while responding to real-world challenges in community-driven investment.
