Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.Job DescriptionDescription:The role is a co-op for the summer of 2025, Spring 2026, and Fall 2026. Resource would be assigned to the Business Support Systems department within the Digital Technology Enablement organization. Focus would be on Pega applications - Solutions Center (primary Customer Care tool) and Pinpoint (offer and next best experience decisioning tool). Role would entail working with senior architects to expand testing automation suites, to expand reporting capabilities, and to expand monitoring + alerting in support of these applications.Qualifications For a Co-op:Must be enrolled in a related degree program for all 3 Co-op rotations: Summer 2025, Spring 2026, Fall 2026The first rotation is full time where 3-4 class hours are allowed. The 2nd and 3rd rotations are part time being while enrolled in school.Qualifications:- Candidates should have an eagerness to learn along with an interest in technology.- Resource should be pursuing a degree path through an institution where Cox recruits.Location:- Resource would be required to be onsite two days per week at the Cox Communication offices (6305 Peachtree Dunwoody Rd.
