ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As a potential Financial Systems Business Analyst Subject Matter Expert, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a talented team of professionals at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Dayton, OH. This potential role will be critical in supporting the Air Force Financial Systems Office. Join us and be part of our mission to make a difference!

SOME RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Develop and conduct requirement reviews.
Translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner for developers/project team.
Perform functional acceptance testing.
Investigate and perform root-cause analysis to resolve system issues.
Facilitate change management and implementation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field (or 10 years' experience).
Familiarity with Air Force Permanent Change of Station (PCS) processing, accounting, voucher processing, and entitlements.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Direct experience with data collection and analysis.
Experience testing and mapping business processes.
Ability to understand technical discussions, to analyze and solve problems and to create documentation.
Excellent communication, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize, work accurately, and meet deadlines independently and as part of a team.
Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and have the ability to obtain a favorable National Agency Check Investigation (NACI) clearance.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Business Analysis such as CCBA, Program Management, or Organizational Change Management (OCM) certification.
Awareness of Air Force PCS regulations and instruction such as DoD FMR, DoD 4500.9-R, DAF manual 36-2102, and Joint Travel Regulations.
Will consider qualified candidates outside of local area.

Compensation / Salary Range: Greentree adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc.

Salary Range: $80,000 to $100,000

Bonuses: Greentree has an employee referral bonus, as well as employee bonuses based on employee contributions and Greentree's yearly performance.
