In this role, you will be responsible for applying data analytics to provide actionable insights into financial, transactional, demographic, and behavioral data. Using your analytical skills and observant mindset you will pull, clean, and aggregate data from sources across the bank. You enjoy collaboration and will have the opportunity to work with risk management staff to identify ways to use data analytics.What you’ll do: Apply data analytics to assist in drawing actionable insights into financial, transactional, demographic, and behavioral dataPull, clean, and aggregate data from sources across the BankAssist with gathering and documenting requirements from data analytics clientsEnsure work is appropriately documented and in compliance with State and Federal Laws and RegulationsParticipate in collaboration efforts with Risk Management Staff to identify ways to use data analyticsPresent analytical results to data analytics clientsMaintain direct, ongoing communication with Risk Management clientsAlways take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomesWhat you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience2+ years of experience in building dashboards, business intelligence reporting, or data analysisExperience assisting with gathering and documenting requirementsExperience presenting analytical resultsExperience with SQLExperience with Tableau or other dashboarding toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdditional Preferred Skills:Experience with SAS, R or PythonExperience with RPABanking Industry ExperienceOur Benefits:At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
