LOCATION

Remote. We are looking for people around the CST Time Zone and spanish speakers.
We expect participation in around 4 in-person meetings per year, with expenses covered by the company.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Interest in building a great product for our customers. We’d like to know if you have helped build products at other companies or in your spare time.
Ability to break down a problem and propose alternative solutions, clearly describing the advantages and disadvantages of each alternative.
Strong willingness to support the rest of the development team and participate in the continuous improvement of the engineering area.
Ability to work with high energy in a flexible and fast-paced environment. We value the ability to learn/adapt to new technologies if necessary.
At least 1 year of experience building web applications with Ruby on Rails.
