Job Description We are seeking a talented Technical Recruiter that will support specialized hiring for the team for specific business groups such as AWS, Devices and Services.
In this role, you will: - Partner with senior team members to understand hiring needs
-Attract source, assess, and hire students for niche roles across.
-Manage and track all candidate and campus information, consolidate and analyze results, and make recommendations for improvements.
-Manage customer expectations and business goals with bi-weekly business reviews metrics, and status updates to customers and stakeholders.
-Manager end-to-end process administration i.e. from headcount-related administrative tasks to requisition creation, sourcing and assessment, interviewer securement as well as hiring updates to key stakeholders.
-Participate in special projects or recruiting initiatives; pilots, process improvement projects, etc.
The ideal candidate must be able to earn trust and influence autonomously with key stakeholders.
The best candidate will draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition while forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, cross-functional partners, and centralized HR program teams.
