Your Role

As the Partnerships Manager you'll work closely with funders and grantees to help distribute grants across the UK and globally.

Lead the delivery of our Grant Distribution service, including managing an international grant distribution contract.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders about deliverables, timelines, and progress.
Coordinate due diligence, grant agreements, and onboarding for grantees.
Manage relationships with funding partners and identify new opportunities.
Track financial transactions and ensure accurate records in collaboration with the Finance Officer.
Collaborate with The Social Change Nest team to improve systems and align services.
Manage and mentor the Programmes Assistant (Grant Distribution).

What You'll Need:

Strong organisational and project management skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in grantmaking or a related field
A passion for social justice and community empowerment
