We want a Founding Marketing Lead that defines new category
We’re seeking a Founding Marketing Lead to create, define and dominate a whole new category: the Operating System for the Mind. Like how Facebook created social media, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to not just market a product, but to solve a problem the world didn’t fully realize it had—and own the narrative around that solution.

Category Creation & Conditioning the Market
Define, shape, and evangelize the new category: Operating System for the Mind.
Educate and excite the market. Goal is to make Surya = OS for the Mind.

Gather 50K waitlist sign-ups before launch
Test, optimize, and scale online and offline marketing channels, including:
Digital ads (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.)
Content marketing and SEO
Email campaigns and viral referral programs
Influencer and partnership marketing
Community building and events

What We’re Looking For
Experience: Proven track record of taking consumer electronics (startup) from 0 to $10M in revenue.
Category Creation: Experience or familiarity with creating new categories or launching a disruptive product in a competitive space.
Full-Stack Marketer: Comfortable working across all marketing channels (online and offline).
Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with a focus on testing, optimization, and scaling campaigns.
Visionary and Grit: Ability to see the big picture while rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
