$70,000 – $100,000 annual starting salary based on your knowledge and experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO.

Provide support for daily operations and guide future technology growth.
Manage onsite hardware like servers, desktops, and networking equipment.
Implement a cloud data hosting and backup strategy.
Collaborate with external providers for services like VoIP, machine networking, and IoT data hardware.
Document IT processes, ensure cybersecurity best practices, and create CMMC-compliant procedures.
Automate tasks with scripting languages and participate in system upgrades and migrations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

Someone with a solid understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory, and experience in network troubleshooting and configuration is required.
Experience with Windows PCs as well as local and cloud-based data systems required.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management of information systems, information technology, cybersecurity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Availability for occasional off-hours work (for maintenance or emergencies) required.
Previous system administration experience preferred.
Industry certification a plus. This could include CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Cloud +, MCSA, CCNA, CISSP, CISM, Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator.
Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python).
Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to stay current with emerging technologies are essential to this role.
