NCRAM is a registered investment advisor managing approximately $38 billion in fixed income assets including high yield bonds, leveraged loans, emerging markets and distressed issues.

Role Description / Responsibilities:
Nomura Corporate Research and Asset Management (NCRAM) is looking for a Front-End Developer - Associate level.

We are seeking a skilled Front-End Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of desktop applications for our in-house business platform. This high-visibility role will be supervised by the System Architect and requires a motivated, responsible individual with a passion for programming and a willingness to learn.

Develop and maintain C# WPF GUI applications
Implement provided requirements efficiently and accurately
Collaborate with the system architect and other team members

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required.

3+ years of experience in Front-End Development
Proficiency in C# and WPF technology
Strong experience in Windows desktop GUI application design
Expertise with Microsoft Visual Studio
Familiarity with Infragistics controls
Solid understanding of SQL Server queries and T-SQL
Familiarity with Entity Framework
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding of SOA and microservices architecture
Web development skills (websites and web services)
Knowledge of Blazor and Infragistics Web controls
Experience with Microsoft Blend
Experience with Entity Framework Extensions Library
Familiarity with messaging platforms, particularly Solace
Experience with Alteryx report development is a plus
Conceptual understanding of Elastic Stack platform (Elastic Search / Kibana)
