The Role:

Deed is looking for an Implementation Engineer to manage new implementations and/or enhancements for our quickly growing portfolio of clients. You will work with Deed's largest clients globally to solution, consult, troubleshoot, implement, and launch scalable technical integrations. This position is based in our North American tech hub in New York City, and the ideal candidate is both consultative and technical.

Job requirements:

You will:

Utilize development and programming experience to ensure a solid and scalable overall implementation
Serve as the consultative partner to our clients during their integration with Deed by advocating for integration best practices
Develop subject matter expertise in specific solutions/verticals (e-commerce, point of sale, multi-faceted platforms, etc)
Work together cross-functionally with Sales, Account Managers, Product, and Engineering to get clients live

You Have:

5+ years of professional software engineering experience, specifically integrating with web APIs. Experience with modern web frameworks a plus (React, Node.js, etc)
Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems (APIs, databases, SDK's, etc.)
Excellent communication skills; comfortable leading meetings with C-level contacts
Ability to identify and clearly communicate pragmatic solutions to complex integration problems
Continuous desire to improve technical acumen

Interview Process:Our goal is to complete your interview process in under 3 weeks; however, we are happy to move at your pace.After the initial phone screen, we would like you to meet with the Engineering Team and Founders and test your technical knowledge. Steps in the process may change depending on the availability of the candidate/hiring team and actual needs.
