Clarity Partners is seeking an AI Systems Analyst local to Chicago, IL. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert in AI solutions, providing guidance to leadership and cross-functional teams. This role focuses on advising on best practices, supporting architecture creation, ensuring compliance, and optimizing AI capabilities. This role will report in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities:

Guide the full lifecycle of AI initiatives, from strategy to evaluation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Maintain an accurate inventory of AI tools and platforms, advising on their effective use.
Support AI data systems administration, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with leaders to support scalable AI architecture design and implementation.
Ensure regulatory compliance and proactively mitigate potential AI risks.
Analyze KPIs for AI initiatives and provide strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with IT, data science, cybersecurity, and business teams to align AI strategies and integrate initiatives into digital transformation efforts.
Advise leadership on best practices and provide technical support for AI-related architecture.
Prepare reports on AI project status, including risk assessments and compliance metrics.
Advocate for ethical AI practices and foster trust through transparency and stakeholder engagement.
Assist in establishing AI governance processes and support policy creation.
Review and update client policies to integrate AI considerations, ensuring alignment with regulatory compliance and organizational objectives.
Respond to AI-related information requests and support special projects.
Perform other duties as needed to support departmental goals.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in data analysis, AI systems implementation, and guiding project teams and leadership.
Proficiency with AI/ML tools and platforms.
Experience with AI governance, regulatory compliance, ethical AI practices, data security, and digital transformation initiatives.
Certifications in AI, data analysis, or relevant IT fields preferred.
Ability to clearly communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams.
Skilled in data analysis, trend identification, and maintaining accuracy and compliance in AI processes.
Responds well to evolving technology and seeks ongoing professional development in AI advancements.
Demonstrates a commitment to responsible AI practices, fairness, transparency, and organizational values.
Quickly adopts new digital tools, fosters innovation, and uses data to inform improvements.
Aligns AI strategies with business goals and proactively identifies and mitigates AI-related risks.
Works effectively within cross-functional teams and contributes to AI architecture and best practices.

Clarity is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For the AI Systems Analyst role, the base hourly pay range is $40.00 - $60.00/hr. The range represents a good faith estimate that Clarity reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of posting. Compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
