A service business in the healthcare space is seeking a skilled Fullstack Software Developer to help build a new, custom business operating system from the ground up. This is a hands-on, full-time position ideal for a developer with at least two years of experience working across both the front and back end, who is passionate about building scalable systems and working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities Include:

Participate in building and scaling a full business operations platform
Develop and maintain front-end interfaces using React (Javascript/Typescript)
Build robust back-end services using Node.js
Collaborate with product and business teams to understand requirements and deliver features
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Manage timelines, priorities, and tickets using tools like Jira
Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Ideal Qualifications:

2+ years of experience with fullstack development
Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript
Strong experience with React (frontend) and Node.js (backend)
Bonus experience with:
- NestJs
- TypeORM
- PostgreSQL
- AWS infrastructure
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Self-motivated, fast learner, and team player

Salary: $100k - $175k/Year
